DLC in conjunction with Wounded Warriors of Collier County (WWCC) has developed a new DLC Veterans Services Program with an overarching goal of building meaningful partnerships with veterans in order to help them function better at home, in the community, on the job, in educational settings, and throughout life. The Veterans Case Manager is a collaborative supporter and member of the DLC treatment team charged with helping veterans identify their goals related to medical, substance use recovery, financial, mental health, housing, legal, educational/ vocational, transportation, and family needs while developing strategies to achieve their goals. The case manager will assist veterans with wellness, self-sufficiency and assist with financial independence through referrals to appropriate services.
