Warrior Homes Initiative

Supportive & Long-Term Housing for Veterans in Collier County

YOU CAN MAKE THE DIFFERENCE!

The Hunger and Homeless Coalition of Collier County estimates that there are 80-90 homeless Veterans in Collier County. Wounded Warriors of Collier County is dedicated to ending Veteran homelessness in Collier County. To accomplish this, we have committed to a 3-year Warrior Homes Initiative, which includes various housing models.

With your help, our first step is to secure funding to open additional homes, which will provide long-term supportive housing to local Veterans experiencing housing insecurity or may be at-risk of losing their current home. By providing a hand up rather than a hand out, Collier County Veterans can successfully reintegrate into civilian life.

The booklet below discusses our initiative in great detail, including community information illustrating this critical need, campaign goals and milestones, and ways for supporters to help with this necessary initiative.
